    A lover of local food, Bite Box founder was inspired by the ways food kept us connected while apart and saw an opportunity to further enhance the local foodie experience.

    Each item has been selected exclusively for the box and supports your local maker. We hope you love it!

  • What's in each Bite Box?

    The FIRESIDE Issue contains: a collection of 11 artisanal products from the local region (pantry essentials, condiments, floral accent, sweet pleasures, recipes, eco-friendly kitchen essentials). The concept is to surprise, discover and taste new foods.

    ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHELF STABLE and will be available for Christmas Gifting on Dec 25 and beyond.

  • How much does it cost?

    Each box is $89, tax included.

    This includes:

    - 10 edible bites for your tasting pleasure (mostly full sized products)

    - Exclusive Recipe

    - Donation to local charity

  • How do I order a box?

    Online via this website. We accept credit card and visa debit payments. Contact us for e-transfer option.

  • Pick up + Delivery

    Pick-up is FREE at MAIN SUPPLY + REFILLERY (next to FARM: 154 Main st W)

    *IMPORTANT* Please present your receipt or ID when accepting box to confirm purchase. Photo ID may be required to recieve an alcohol product.

  • Allergies + Dietary Restrictions

    Bites in each box may include nut products or products that have come in contact with nuts. Each item is packaged individually.

    Bite Box is Vegetarian friendly. Ingredient list for each item is posted on website after pick-up but can be offered prior to purchase if needed, just send us a message.

  • Caponata (v)

    Eggplant, red pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, capers, olives, maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chili flakes, basil, parsley, salt, pepper

  • Gingerbread Bar (veg)

    caramelized white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, whey powder, caramelized sugar, soy lechithin, natural vanilla flavour, salt) gingerbread spice (black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg) almonds, cane sugar, coloured cocoa butter.

  • Cranberry Chutney (v)

    Cranberry, apple, onion, raisin, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, water, ginger, cinnamon.

  • Cheerful Tea (v)

    Lemon basil, lemon balm, marigold, milky oats, sea buckthorn leaf, mint.

  • Rose Petal Sugar (v)

    Organic cane sugar, rose petals

  • Shortbread Trio (veg)

    Flour, butter, salt, chocolate when applicable (Lindt, Toblerone)

  • The Famous Hot Salsa (veg)

    Please contact Mr. Pancho directly for ingreident list. The recipe is a family secret and highly coveted.

  • Mushroom Alfredo (veg)

    Pasta, skim milk powder, vit.A palminate, vit. D3, corn starch, organic mushrooms (oyster, lobster), nutritional yeast, onion, garlic, sea salt, mushroom powder, parsley.

    Zesty and aromatic with lots of lively fruit characters. A concentration of green pepper and tropical fruit flavours with an
