    It's easy to miss this hidden gem when driving by but make no mistake, the restored 120-year-old Simcoe County farmhouse is home to some of the best pastries and chocolates you'll ever taste. Pastry Chef Emily Watson works her magic in the kitchen, creating one of a kind confections that are both a feast for the eyes and tastebuds.

    Inspired by her Italian roots and world travels, Soul Sister Creations' owner Chef Nikoline Calcaterra adds her own twists to well-loved pantry staples. Back by popular demand after her famous Antipasto from Bite Box's 2021 Holiday Issue filled our DM's with requests for more. This time around, we get to taste her magic twice with two additions!
